Rules over logos
A logo is the smallest part of an identity. We spend our time on the system around it: type, colour, grid, tone and the exceptions.

The handover is the deliverable
If your team cannot use the guideline without calling us, we have not finished. Every project ends with training and templates.

Few people, senior attention
No account managers, no layers. The people you meet in week one are the people who design in week eight.

Show work every Friday
You see progress weekly and sign off at the end of each phase, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
